Jesus taught us to remember the poor, the sick, the downtrodden, the forgotten. Those who are hungry, those who are hurt, those who have no hope. Los Angeles is a city of need, a city that is crying out for help. We have chosen to answer that call and by doing so, answer the call of Christ.
Westside Shepherd of the Hills is taking a team to the Dream Center on Saturday, March 27. Join us in not only meeting the physical needs of those in Los Angeles, but also being a light and bringing them tools to truly change their lives, and ultimately our city BLOCK BY BLOCK. You will travel block by block delivering groceries, diapers, clothes, other basic needs, and praying for the people who live there.
We will meet at the Brentwood modular at 8:30am and carpool to the Dream Center. If you or your Life! Group are interested in participating, contact Ginger at: 310.551.0100.
