LIFE! Groups

At Westside Shepherd of the Hills Church we believe it is important for every believer to be connected in a LIFE Group. LIFE Groups are a small group of people who gather together to encourage and challenge each other to fulfill the great commission (Matthew 28:18-20) by using their gifts, talents, and abilities (1Peter 4:10) to become leaders/influencers for Christ. LIFE Groups are the place where we begin to live out KNOWING, FOLLOWING, SERVING, and SHARING JESUS.
 

KNOWING: To know Jesus as your Lord and Savior. To know others in growing friend and family relationships.

FOLLOWING: To follow a lifestyle of studying the Bible, prayer, worship, and Godly living.

SERVING: Using your gifts, talents and abilities to serve the church and the community.

SHARING: Sharing Jesus by reaching out to others in our conversations, our actions, and our prayers.

"They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer. Everyone was filled with awe, and many wonders and miraculous signs were done by the apostles. All the believers were together and had everything in common. Selling their possessions and goods, they gave to anyone as he had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved." Acts 2:42-47
